Below are instructions for making a shipment to DSD. Follow each step carefully and precisely. This ensures that your shipment receives the attention and focus it demands. IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS YOUR SHIPMENT WILL BE REJECTED AND RETURNED TO YOU.
- Return authorization to DSD for any component is valid for no more than 10 days. If you request service for your DSD Component under our warranty and do not return the component to us postmarked within 10 days of your authorization, you forfeit any claim for the same warranty matter in the future.
- Repairs to any DSD Component under warranty are made without charge. Any and all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the sender. We will provide payment instructions to you for payment of the necessary return shipping fees at the time you receive your return authorization or thereafter. Sender is responsible for any shipping fees for service to DSD Components purchased more than one year from when a request for service to DSD is made.
- Package your DSD component carefully and safely in order to ensure a safe arrival to our production center. You may download and print a prepared shipping label is available HERE. We will not accept any shipment to us which appears to have been substantially or significantly damaged in transit. We will return to the sender at their expense any shipment that we accept which later appears to have been damaged. We will notify you of any accepted shipment which later appears to have been damaged. We will collect payment for return shipping to you. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE FOR ANY SHIPMENT MADE TO US UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. WE WILL NOT PROVIDE SERVICE TO ANY DSD COMPONENT WHICH APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN MODIFIED IN ANY WAY AT ALL. Should we receive a DSD Component which appears to be modified will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
- You must include a printout of this page and completed form below indicating your FULL AND COMPLETE shipping address and so we are able identify the shipment as belonging to you. We will hold any shipment made to us if we cannot adequately identify its sender. If the package is not claimed in 20 days and cannot be identified, we will dispose of it as we determine necessary. We accept no claim made after 20 days in any circumstances.
- We will notify you via email within five working days when we receive your shipment. Any shipment to us for repair or service will take anywhere between five and thirty working days to complete. We will not provide any other notice to you beyond our email receipt to you. When the service has been completed you will receive a tracking number to your email indicating your component has been shipped to you. You must allow sufficient time for delivery, especially in international locations.
- We are not responsible for any lost, delayed or damaged shipment to you in any case. We package all shipments with great care to ensure safe arrival to the customer. You can be assured that we take every precaution to ensure this to be true.
- If there are repair fees due for your DSD Component, we will contact you for payment by email. Repair fees are assessed on a case by case basis.
Be advised that careful adherence to the instructions indicated above will ensure that your shipment will arrive safely and that your DSD Component will be returned to you in the most expedient manner possible.
